- Convening, training, and administrative support
- Community interface for North Slope work
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate organization, location, and scheduling information
- Account for Arctic travel, cargo, and weather constraints in planning
- Direct association business through authorized contacts
4. Fees and billing
- Fees are set out in your agreement, proposal, invoice, or fee schedule
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are earned as described in the applicable agreement
- Customers remain responsible for costs caused by inaccurate information or access delays where applicable
5. No guarantee of availability
We use professional judgment to perform services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific timing, weather, supplier shortages, or third-party delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Third parties
We may coordinate with vendors, carriers, platforms, or other providers as needed. Their terms may apply separately.
7. Website use
- Content is for general information; it is not legal, medical, or financial advice unless a separate professional relationship exists
- You may not scrape, hack, or misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- We may change or discontinue site features without notice
8. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding used by Northern Ridge Native Association are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission unless limited fair use applies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Ridge Native Association is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website, excluding services governed by a separate written agreement or mandatory law, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northern Ridge Native Association and its personnel from claims arising from inaccurate information, unlawful requests, or misuse of the website or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct as finally determined by a court.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

15. Entire agreement (website)
For website use, these terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. Account-specific rights and duties are in your applicable service agreement, order terms, or addenda.
